File Submission
All projects will be submitted to client via cd or file transfer over internet.
We do not offer printing from our firm. We can, however, partner with a printing facility per project. This will be an
extra cost and we will ship via ups standard ground.

Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
The
initial deposit will not be refunded if the project has been started.
Since we only accept cash or check, that is how your
refund will be received.
